What type of renovations do you do?

We are a full-service home renovation contractor. This means that there are few projects we won't be able to work with you on. We've worked on anything from custom-home builds to finishing those baseboards. And, if we can't do all the work ourselves, we work with sub-trades in the Regina area who share our values of integrity and quality to bring your project to life. If it's a project that, for some reason, we feel like we might not be the right fit, we'll happily refer you to a great contractor that specilizes in your renovation needs. Want more information on what we do? Make sure you check out our services page.

How much will my renovation cost?

This is a question that every homeowner wants answered. The truth is, every project is unique, so there is no square foot pricing that will do your project justice. If you're looking for a ballpark, we'd be happy to chat with you to determine the feasibility of your project and discuss what the next steps might be.

How do I get started on my renovation?

Before starting, you will undoubtedly have lots of questions to ask your prospective contractor. Questions like: how feasible is this? What are the next steps? How much will it cost? Our approach is to gather some basic information about your project over the phone (or email if you prefer) first to see if we are a good fit and to provide you with a free estimate of your project costs. If you prefer, we can schedule an in-person home consultation, meet with you and have an experience led conversation where we can answer any questions you have around the process and your project. The cost for this in-home consultation is $150 (this fee is waived on your deposit invoice if you choose to proceed with us). We'll do up a written agreement after hearing about your project that details specifications, project scope, and pricing. At this point, the agreement is signed and construction begins.

What does your warranty look like?

We honour any manufacturer warranties for any of the products that we install in your home. We also warranty our workmanship for 24 months from the installation date. But, we will even repair things after the warranty expires if we believe our workmanship was not up to par. We stand behind our work.

What about those extra hidden costs?

No matter how prepared we can be, the unexpected can happen in every renovation. When you throw out the old and bring in the new, it means updating old and tired systems. Because of this, we build a contingency into every single agreement. We quote to try and include the worst, and invoice for what actually happens. So, when things go according to plan, this means a credit on your final invoice at the end of the project. If the project scope does change dramatically, we will communicate your options and work with you to ensure you are thrilled with the end product.

Are your quotes free?

We provide free consultations and estimates over the phone (or by email if you prefer) for any project you might have. All we ask is that you send us a few pictures of the construction area and some rough dimensions. We'll present you a competitive budget over the phone that's built using a history of completing projects just like yours. One question we get typically though is, 'can we meet in person?' or 'do you need to come measure?'. Of course we'd love to, but there are some things that you need to know before we do. Once we chat on the phone and you find that we're a good fit, we will prepare a written agreement that details specifications, project scope, and pricing for your approval. Once you approve, we arrange a time to meet at your home for a 'no obligation home consultation'. In this home consultation, we have an experience led conversation with you about your project, digging deeper into your needs and goals for the project. The cost of this in-home consultation is $150 if you choose not to proceed with us for your home renovation. But, if you choose us to complete your construction process, this fee is refunded or waived in lieu of your deposit invoice.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we carry $2 million in liability coverage to ensure you are never liable for accidents on the jobsite. We are also in good standing with the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board and adhere to rigorous safety protocols.
